Dr. Daryl Watkins
Dr. Watkins is a Navy veteran with a background in Aviation, Higher Education, Transportation and Tolling, Project Management, and Information Technology. He is a 1987 honors graduate of the US Naval Academy where he majored in History and minored in French. Dr. Watkins received his MBA from the University of California, Irvine and his Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. He is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Dr. Watkins spent 13 years as a U.S. Naval Officer. He is a decorated combat veteran from Desert Storm and was an F/A 18 Hornet Fighter Pilot based off the aircraft carriers Midway and Independence.
Dr. Watkins is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide where he is the Program Chair for the Masters of Science in Leadership Program.
