Welcome to Embry-Riddle Worldwide’s Center for Aviation and Aerospace Leadership (CAAL). The aviation and aerospace industry has a rich heritage of leaders – from the early civilian and military pioneers in aviation and space, to the entrepreneurs and captains of the aviation and aerospace industry today. But the world is changing, and one of the primary roles of the Center is to explore what it means to be a leader in aviation and aerospace today, examine how that role may be changing, and document what current and aspiring leaders can do to be more effective in the years to come.
